Job Title: Product Development Technician
Job Description

The technician will assist in the development, testing, and refinement of beverage formulations, working closely with R&D scientists, operations, and quality teams. This hands-on role includes bench work, sample preparation, trial support, and documentation.


Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute product samples and trials, including batching, blending, and bench-top formulation.
  • Support product developers in evaluating new ingredients, formulations, and processing methods.
  • Accurately document trial results, sample feedback, and formulation changes.
  • Maintain lab equipment and ensure readiness for testing and development activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Operations) to support commercialization and scale-up.
  • Participate in sensory evaluations and assist in collecting feedback.
  • Help troubleshoot formulation or processing issues during trials.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree in the Sciences OR 2 years of Lab/Quality Experience in a regulated environment.
  • Associate degree or technical training in food science, chemistry, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in food or beverage product development, lab work, or manufacturing support is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team.
Work Environment

The position is based at our manufacturing facilities in Little Chute and Neenah, WI, operating on an 8:30 am to 4:30 pm schedule, totaling 40 hours per week. The role involves working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, offering opportunities for professional growth based on performance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Little Chute, Wisconsin.
