Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join a team committed to high-quality, performance-based feed technologies. We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support our plant operations by ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition. With over 100 years in the industry, we focus on providing innovative solutions and value to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs and troubleshooting on custom feed mills and various equipment such as press brakes, welders, conveyors, and more.
  • Understand electrical systems, including wiring motors and electronics, and manage up to 480v, reset breakers, and change fuses.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and necessary repairs for manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure that all equipment is maintained in a safe and operational state.
  • Direct and perform scheduled preventive maintenance duties.
  • Practice proper PPE compliance and maintain a safe working record and environment.
  • Maintain facility building and grounds.
  • Communicate effectively with all plant personnel.

Work Environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Lodi, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
