Job Description

We are seeking skilled carpenters to join our team on large commercial building sites. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in carpentry or concrete work, though a strong construction. Our projects focus on multi-family apartment complexes and large commercial office buildings. The job sites are new construction, completely unoccupied, and operated by a merit-based general contractor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carpentry and concrete work on large commercial building sites.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform general construction labor tasks as needed.
• Work across multiple job sites, including West, Central, and East locations as required.

Essential Skills

• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Previous construction experience, preferably in commercial settings.
• Ability to perform carpentry and concrete tasks effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years of commercial construction experience or significant experience in residential construction.

Work Environment

The work environment is outdoors, managed by a non-union general contractor who self-performs all carpentry and concrete tasks. Standard working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential for overtime. Reliable transportation to job sites is necessary as movement between sites may be require

This is a Permanent position based out of Madison, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
