Pharmacist In Charge
The PIC is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and maintaining the highest industry standards.
- Responsible for regulatory compliance
- Staff Supervision
- Inventory Management
- Quality Assurance
- Provide Clinical Consultations, medication therapy management and patient education
- Maintain accurate records for prescriptions, controlled substances and pharmacy operations
- Policy development: create and enforce pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and safety
