Job Description

Join a dynamic custom machine design shop specializing in CNC machining. We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to program and operate CNC Mills and Lathes, focusing on prototypes and custom parts. Your expertise in reading and understanding G and M codes, along with blueprint interpretation, will be crucial to our operations.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CNC Mills and Lathes for prototype and custom parts (1-10 parts).
• Read and interpret G and M codes accurately.
• Perform start-up, operation, and shut down of CNC machinery.
• Read blueprints and use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and basic hand tools to ensure precision.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience with mills and/or lathes.
• Proficiency in programming with G and M codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to run and set up both mills and lathes.

This is a Permanent position based out of Menasha, WI.

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
