Job Title: Production Operator - 1st Shift
Job Description
As a Production Operator, you will use hand tools and machinery to assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies for various applications. You'll be responsible for ensuring quality checks and accessing step-by-step instructions through computer programs to guide your work.
Responsibilities
- Assemble circuit boards using screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches.
- Operate production machinery to print on solder paste and smaller components.
- Perform quality checks on assembled products before proceeding to the next steps.
- Access and follow detailed instructions using computer programs.
- Log into multiple software programs to obtain correct assembly instructions.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools and basic production machinery.
- Basic computer skills for accessing and following assembly instructions.
- Entry-level production and assembly skills.
- Experience in soldering and using solder paste.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 1 year of assembly experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of soldering experience can lead to higher starting pay.
- Experience in picking and packaging is advantageous.
- Background in customer service can be beneficial.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
