🚀 6-Month On-Site Contract: Oracle Cloud Business Analyst
Location: Milwaukee, WI – 100% On-Site
Duration: 6 Months (with strong potential for extension or long-term opportunity)
What You’ll Do
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
- Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business initiatives and performance tracking.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership.
- Serve as a finance lead on the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation team, ensuring accurate financial data migration, system configuration, and reporting alignment.
- Collaborate with IT and external consultants to define financial system requirements and test Oracle modules related to GL, AP, AR, and FP&A.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Train finance team members on Oracle system functionality and reporting tools post-implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or similar financial systems is strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Background in consulting or project-based roles
- Familiarity with ERP systems integrated with Oracle Cloud EPM
- Post-implementation support or system administration experience
Compensation:$60
