What You’ll Do

• Assist with construction, installation, or repair tasks using hand and power tools
• Support equipment setup, site prep, material handling, and daily project operations
• Perform basic carpentry, demolition, concrete, or mechanical tasks based on project needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite while following all safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Prior skilled labor or construction experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and handle physical tasks
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn new skills
• Strong attention to detail and a positive team attitude

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr.
