⭐ What You’ll Do
- Perform detailed inspections to verify products meet strict quality and regulatory requirements
- Develop and refine measurement programs that drive ongoing quality improvements
- Maintain accurate, organized documentation of all quality‑control processes
- Use precision measurement tools with confidence and accuracy
- Partner with production teams to support continuous‑improvement initiatives
🔧 What You Bring
Essential Skills
- First article inspection
- CMM programming
- Strong GD&T knowledge
- CNC machining and lathe setup experience
- Blueprint reading expertise
- Hands‑on inspection skills
- Solid understanding of quality control and quality assurance principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality and first article inspection
- Advanced proficiency in CMM programming

🕒 Work Environment & Schedule
This is a 2nd‑shift position with flexible scheduling options:
- Choose 4 ten‑hour days or 5 eight‑hour days
- Start your shift anytime between 12 PM and 4 PM

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00/yr.
