• Perform detailed inspections to verify products meet strict quality and regulatory requirements
• Develop and refine measurement programs that drive ongoing quality improvements
• Maintain accurate, organized documentation of all quality‑control processes
• Use precision measurement tools with confidence and accuracy
• Partner with production teams to support continuous‑improvement initiatives

🔧 What You Bring

Essential Skills

• First article inspection
• CMM programming
• Strong GD&T knowledge
• CNC machining and lathe setup experience
• Blueprint reading expertise
• Hands‑on inspection skills
• Solid understanding of quality control and quality assurance principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality and first article inspection
• Advanced proficiency in CMM programming

🕒 Work Environment & Schedule

This is a 2nd‑shift position with flexible scheduling options:

• Choose 4 ten‑hour days or 5 eight‑hour days
• Start your shift anytime between 12 PM and 4 PM

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00/yr.
