We’re looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll program, set up, and run CNC lathes to produce high‑quality parts. If you enjoy hands‑on machining, problem‑solving, and working with precision equipment, this is a great opportunity.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Program, set up, and operate CNC lathe machines
• Run production and prototype parts to tight tolerances
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine job specs and material requirements
• Ensure part quality through accurate measurements and inspections
• Troubleshoot machining issues to maintain efficiency and precision

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with CNC lathe operations
• Ability to set up machines and confidently read blueprints
• CNC programming experience (lathe and/or mill)
• Knowledge of Mori Seiki, Mazak, or Haas machines is a plus
• High attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude

⏰ Schedule & Work Environment

• 2nd Shift with flexible start times
  • Start as early as 12:00 PM or as late as 4:00 PM
• 10‑hour shifts
• Clean, professional machining environment built for long‑term success

This is a Permanent position based out of Menomonie, WI.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00/yr.
