Description

We are seeking a Desktop Support professional to assist with a Windows 11 migration for a 2–3+ month onsite contract in Menomonee Falls, WI. This role will support the deployment of new laptops and workstations as part of an enterprise-wide Windows 11 upgrade.

The ideal candidate will have a strong skill set in desktop support, hardware deployment, break/fix, and general application support. Prior hands-on experience supporting Windows 11 is required. This is a user-facing role, so excellent customer service skills are critical. The individual may also assist with post-deployment support, troubleshooting OS-related issues on newly deployed hardware.

This position is expected to start as a 2–3 month engagement, with potential for extension or possible full-time consideration in the future (not guaranteed). The role is onsite five days per week in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
