Job Description

Join a leading manufacturer in the production of PCB/PCBA boards. As a Production Associate, you will work in various areas, including SMT, PTH Insertion Machine, and final assembly. Your role will involve operating machines, managing components, and ensuring quality control through testing.

Responsibilities

• Load blank PCB/PCBA boards into the SMT machine and monitor SMT lines.
• Load and unload component reels, weighing up to 5lbs, and carts weighing 30lbs into the SMT and PTH machines.
• Transition boards from the SMT line to the PTH line and maintain the feed of component reels.
• Ensure solder paste remains full and operate the wave machine for component soldering.
• Take completed PCB/PCBA boards and mount them into server boxes following a build sheet.
• Utilize hand and power tools to secure assemblies and conduct pass/fail tests on completed boxes.
• Document the movement of boxes to designated pass/fail areas.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work history
• Ability to lift 30lbs
• Ability to pass a 5th-grade math test
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English

Work Environment

This is an ESD facility where employees wear smocks and heel straps. The work shift is from 11:30 pm to 7:30 am, Sunday through Thursday, with optional overtime available on Friday and Saturdays. This position is paying $19.80/hr.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.

The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr.
