We are seeking skilled Data Center Technicians across multiple experience levels to support enterprise-level data center operations. This team will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and decommissioning hardware, including large-scale GPU deployments. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in data center environments and a strong understanding of cabling, hardware setup, and diagnostics.
Shift Options:
A Side (Days): Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & every other Wednesday – 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
A Side (Nights): Same days – 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
B Side (Days): Thursday, Friday, Saturday & every other Wednesday – 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
B Side (Nights): Same days – 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Remove and install network and power cables during hardware decommissioning and deployment.
- Label, stage, and organize cabling infrastructure.
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and hardware replacements under guidance from experienced technicians.
- Conduct physical audits of data center assets.
- Operate software tools to monitor systems and respond to error messages.
- Assist in testing and debugging new programs and systems.
- Generate reports using spreadsheet and data manipulation tools.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
- 3–5+ years of data center experience depending on role level.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
