Job Description

As an CNC Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the machine remains operational, completing basic maintenance, removing finished projects, and performing quality checks on parts. Over time, you will progress to setting up machinery, adjusting programs, and down the line eventually designing parts and programming CNC machinery. You will also be working from blueprints to ensure all parts are machined to customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Ensure the CNC machinery remains operational and complete set ups
• Remove finished parts from the machine and change tooling
• Assisted with operating other metal fabrication machinery
• Conduct quality checks on parts using micrometers and calipers.

Essential Skills

• Experience using micrometers and calipers.
• Basic math skills and ability to read blueprints.
• Mechanical aptitude, including experience with power tools and hand tools.
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Neenah, WI.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Neenah,WI.
