Production Operator- 2nd Shift

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator for the 2nd Shift to skillfully use hand tools and machinery in assembling circuit boards and sub-assemblies. The role involves the use of screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches, as well as production machinery for printing solder paste. Quality checks on assembled products will be a routine part of the job. Candidates will also need to utilize computers to access step-by-step instructions for each assembly process, requiring familiarity with basic computer operations.

• Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools and machinery.
• Perform quality checks on assembled products.
• Operate production machinery for printing on solder paste and smaller components.
• Use computers to access step-by-step instructions and log into multiple programs as needed.

• Experience in production and computer operations.
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic soldering techniques.
• Ability to follow assembly instructions and perform quality checks.

• 1 year of assembly experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of soldering experience preferred for higher starting pay.
• Experience in picking and packaging is beneficial.
• Background in customer service is advantageous.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
