Responsibilities :
- Work as part of a team in support of a paper manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste.
- Disassembly and reassembly of paper machine rolls, including being responsible for the installation of bearings.
- Ability to use mobile cranes, lifts, and hoists.
- Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Graduate or GED.
- Able to pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
- Must be able to sit, stoop, and bend.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have valid current driver's license.
- Must have knowledge of disassembly and assembly processes for paper machine rolls
- Must process the knowledge of what maintenance is needed for paper machine rolls
- Must have experience operating assembly equipment to determine required units for the rolls
