Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a 1st Shift General Production Worker.
• This role closely resembles that of a machine operator, focusing on custom tube bending of various types of tubes, such as square, solid bar, or round.
• The position involves repetitive tasks, where the machine is set up to cut tubes to specific lengths and the process is repeated multiple times.
• Comprehensive training is provided to ensure candidates feel comfortable and proficient in their roles.
• You will also use a digital micrometer, with training available to master it within a day.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines for custom tube bending.
• Perform repetitive processes for cutting tubes to specific lengths.
• Conduct quality checks and inventory management.
• Utilize digital micrometers for precise measurements.
• Assist with light assembly tasks.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of machine operating experience or machine assistant experience.
• Experience with forklifts is preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure is a plus.
• General manufacturing experience, including roles in machine shops, skilled trades, or roofing/manufacturing.

Pay

• $20/hour

This is a Permanent position based out of Neenah, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Neenah,WI.
