Job Description
We are actively seeking reliable and skilled HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing residential and/or commercial HVAC systems. Candidates should be customer‑focused, safety‑minded, and ready to start work immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative service on HVAC equipment
- Install and replace HVAC components and systems as needed
- Test systems for efficiency, safety, and proper operation
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time
- Adhere to company safety procedures and industry standards
- Respond to emergency service calls when required
Qualifications
- 1+ years of HVAC service or maintenance experience preferred
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments
Preferred Skills
- Commercial HVAC experience
- Experience with refrigeration, boilers, or rooftop units
