Job Title: Sanitation Technician


Job Description

The sanitation technician is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, ensuring these tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with professional standards.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and upkeep of production equipment.
  • Efficiently disassemble and reassemble production equipment for proper cleaning.
  • Demonstrate awareness of chemical properties and proper use of cleaning solutions.
  • Complete necessary reports, logs, and documentation related to job duties.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in food manufacturing and sanitation.
  • Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).
  • Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Capability to perform work within exact standards and tolerances.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Sanitation-related qualifications.
  • Experience with FDA regulations.

Work Environment

The position offers opportunities for overtime, especially during the harvest season, and provides chances for learning and growth within the facility. The work hours are from Sunday through Thursday, with some Fridays, starting from 4:00 am to 12:30 pm on Sundays and 2:00 am to 10:30 am on other days.


Compensation:$52000
