Job Description

This role is responsible for managing projects through APQP phases and supporting Inside Sales with quoting and estimating value-added services. You will act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and internal coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead APQP activities and maintain project documentation.
• Support Inside Sales with quoting for sawing, thermal cutting, welding, press brake, and assemblies.
• Review customer specifications and provide accurate cost estimates.
• Communicate with customer buyers and engineers to resolve quote-related questions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment and timely execution.
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications Required

• Nesting/CAD experience is helpful.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• AS400 computer experience is helpful.
• Understanding or willingness to learn added value processes (sawing, thermal cutting, welding, press brake, assemblies).

Work Environment

The work environment involves collaboration with various internal teams to ensure project alignment. The role requires proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and potentially AS400 systems. The candidate should be comfortable interpreting fabrication drawings and working with BOMs. Dress code and shift hours are standard for a fabrication and project management setting.
