HR Support Specialist

Job Description

Join our dynamic HR team to assist with the onboarding of new associates following a large acquisition. This role offers a chance to engage in meaningful project work and contribute to the seamless integration of new team members.


Responsibilities

  • Enter new associate data into the HRIS system accurately.
  • Provide comprehensive benefits support to new associates.
  • Engage in special projects as needed to enhance HR operations.


Essential Skills

  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capability to follow processes and procedures diligently.


Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in HR, Project Management, HRIS, or Business.
  • Experience with HR systems or customer management systems is highly preferred.
  • At least 1 year of HR experience, with exposure to benefits and general HR concepts.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.


Work Environment

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.


Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
