 Join Our Team as a Service Desk Analyst I – First Shift or Afternoon Shift!

🕒 Shift Options:

  • First Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
  • 📍 Onsite | 5 Days a Week

💼 What You’ll Do:

  • Be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, email, or chat helping users solve their tech issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 10, and more.
  • Log and track incidents in ServiceNow, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when needed.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service with patience, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset.

🧠 What You Bring:

  • A passion for technology and helping people.
  • Experience with or knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Previous help desk or service desk experience is a plus—but not required!
