PC Technician

 Entry-Level PC Technician – Contract through 2026 (with potential to extend or convert!)

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide phone, email, and remote support to end users
• Handle password resets, application access, printer setup, and email troubleshooting
• Assist with hardware deployments and workstation setups
• Support the PC build process, including installing Windows 10 and configuring systems
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with users of all technical levels

• Associate’s degree in IT Support or equivalent hands-on experience
