Job Title: Setup Operator
Job Description
The Setup Operator will be responsible for setting up non-traditional CNC machinery, including grinders, lathes, and lasers, to produce custom components for hospitals, doctors' offices, and medical companies.
Responsibilities
- Set up CNC machinery such as grinders, lathes, and lasers.
- Produce custom components for the medical industry, including catheters and heart stents.
- Ensure quality and precision in production using hand tools, calipers, and tape measures.
- Inspect and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in machine operating, assembly, and using calipers, hand tools, and tape measures.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, climate-controlled environment with clean rooms. Choose between 1st shift from 6am-2:30pm or 2nd shift from 2:30pm-10:30pm.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Port Washington, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
