Production Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee third shift production employees in a confidential setting. This role requires expertise in plastics processes and the ability to manage and improve production techniques.

• Supervise third shift production employees to ensure efficient operations.
• Set up and perform duties as a plastics process technician.
• Implement process improvements in injection molding to optimize production.

• 3+ years of experience as a process technician or supervisor.
• 3+ years of experience working with plastic injection molding.
• Strong supervisory skills in a production environment.

• Proficiency in process improvement strategies.
• Knowledge of injection molding processes.

This is a Permanent position based out of Saukville, WI.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $58240.00/yr.
