Job Description

1st shift from 6 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday, with minimal overtime required. In this role, you will ensure all GMP, HACCP, and production procedures are meticulously followed and documented for assigned work.


Responsibilities

  • Perform manual production tasks such as material handling and staging, batching, packaging, cleaning, and sanitizing.
  • Utilize a computer inventory control system for efficient task management.
  • Follow safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
  • Efficiently perform assigned tasks and duties as directed.

Essential Skills

  • 6 months to 5 years of experience in food production.
  • HACCP and GMP experience.
  • Mixing and blending experience, with liquid or dairy blending being advantageous.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to read batch documentation.
  • Intermediate knowledge of food safety requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Safe Quality Food program.
  • Detail-oriented and responsible.
  • Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow precise instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Capability to manage frequent changes and unexpected delays professionally.
  • Proficiency in operating a forklift and scissor lift.
