💼 Division: Customer Support | Duration: 4 months (Contract-to-Hire)
💰 Pay: $22.53/hr | Benefits eligible
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and process customer orders using SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional support.
- Collaborate with engineering, warehouse, and internal sales teams to resolve order-specific questions.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation in Outlook, Excel, and SAP.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or order entry experience.
- Strong computer skills and ability to type at least 45 WPM.
- Analytical thinking and ability to learn technical product knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
