Customer Order Specialist

📍 Location: Waunakee, WI | On-site | M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

💼 Division: Customer Support | Duration: 4 months (Contract-to-Hire)

💰 Pay: $22.53/hr | Benefits eligible

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer orders using SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional support.
• Collaborate with engineering, warehouse, and internal sales teams to resolve order-specific questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation in Outlook, Excel, and SAP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or order entry experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to type at least 45 WPM.
• Analytical thinking and ability to learn technical product knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
