The Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all equipment and utilities within the facility. This role involves reviewing, maintaining, and updating the preventative maintenance program, analyzing data trends related to equipment failures, leading root cause analyses, and driving the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure. The engineer will identify chronic problem equipment and develop plans to eliminate recurring failures.
Responsibilities- Support all equipment and utilities within the facility to prevent operational failures.
- Review, maintain, and update the preventative maintenance program.
- Analyze data trends in equipment failures.
- Lead root cause analysis for significant or repeat failures.
- Drive CAPA implementation to closure.
- Identify and manage chronic problem equipment.
- Create and implement elimination plans to prevent future failures.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (chemical, mechanical, electrical, industrial, reliability)
- 5+ years of experience as a reliability engineer
- 5+ years of experience with industrial utilities and equipment such as boilers, steam systems, process water, water treatment systems, water chillers, and cooling towers
- 5+ years of experience managing and editing a preventative maintenance program
- Boilers license
This position operates in a clean environment, collaborating with an engineering team of eight individuals, along with an equipment support team. The role offers the benefit of nine holidays, including New Year's Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
