Maintenance Technician

We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to collaborate closely with Mold Machine Operators in repairing and maintaining injection molding and plastic machinery. This role involves working with both mechanical and electrical components, including conveyors, bearings, belts, motors, fuses, relays, heaters, and PLC systems.

• Assist in the repair and maintenance of injection molding and plastic machinery.
• Work with mechanical components such as conveyors, bearings, and belts.
• Handle electrical components including motors, fuses, relays, and heaters.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of PLC systems.
• Ensure machinery operates efficiently through regular maintenance and repair tasks.

• Proficiency in working with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems.
• Experience with repair and maintenance of industrial machinery.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and repair PLC systems, particularly Siemens PLC controls.
• 4-5+ years of experience in handling relays, single/3 phase motors (480v), heaters, hydraulics, pneumatics, and palletizers.

• Experience in plastic injection molding companies or GMP is advantageous.
• Proficiency in welding, electrical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with automation and robotics.

The work environment includes various shifts: Day shift (6am-6pm), Night shift (6pm-6am), 1st shift (5:30am-2pm), and 2nd shift (1:30pm-10pm). Employees enjoy a guaranteed 45+ hours a week, with a 7-week rotation for being on call. The facility is clean and fully air-conditioned, providing a comfortable and efficient workspace.

This is a Permanent position based out of West Bend, WI.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
