Overview
The Training Coordinator - Quality, supports all aspects of the training needs of those supporting the Pratt & Whitney Engine Services Center, from safety and compliance training, policies and procedures to new worker onboarding and orientation.
This position is onsite at the Pratt & Whitney Engine Services site Plant 81 in Bridgeport West Virginia. The position reports to the Sr Manager of Quality System Compliance.

Major Job Duties:
Description :
- Learning Management System (LMS) tasks
- Prepare and review training reports
- Review learning requirements based on role/job responsibilities, assign coursework, and process completions
- Troubleshoot access and learning plan issues, follow-up with students as needed
- Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to provide end-to-end training logistics support
- Support the creation of new courses and maintain existing curriculums/courses as needed
- Coordinate and facilitate new worker onboarding and orientation
- On the job training (OJT) facilitation
- Maintain training metrics, prepare analytics, support regulatory audits, and all other duties as needed to ensure training compliance objectives are achieved
- Experience conducting training classes is preferred (comfortable with public speaking)
- 3 years minimum experience in a similar role
- Learning Management System knowledge is preferred
- Proficient using MSFT Office Applications
- Proficient using SharePoint or other shared document management/collaboration tools
- Must have excellent communication and rapport building skills to include public speaking
- Must work well independently, be a self-starter, and demonstrate personal accountability
- Exemplary time management and project coordination skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- May require lifting training materials up to 25 lbs. for class setup/breakdown.
