Service Support Specialist

<h1 style="text-align:center;">Join Our Team!</h1><h1 style="text-align:center;">Medical Device Assembly (1st &amp; 2nd Shift) </h1><h1 style="text-align:center;">Earn $19.50–$21/hr Weekly</h1>Location: Irvine, CAJob Type: Contract-to-Hire (12–18 months)We are hiring Assemblers for both 1st and 2nd shift to support the production and testing of life‑saving medical devices. These roles involve assembling small components using microscopes, tools, fixtures, and work instructions in a cleanroom environment. Candidates must be open to weekday work and occasional Saturdays.<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures</li><li>Comply with Quality System policies and regulatory requirements</li><li>Report issues related to quality, processes, equipment, or materials</li><li>Train coworkers on job functions when needed</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized work area to support manufacturing flow</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned</li></ul><h2>Essential Skills</h2><ul><li>Microscope experience (90% of shift)</li><li>Small‑part assembly skills</li><li>Strong communication abilities</li><li>Minimum 6 months of high‑volume small‑part assembly using a microscope</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li></ul><h2>Additional Skills &amp; Qualifications (Preferred)</h2><ul><li>Medical device assembly experience</li><li>Cleanroom experience</li><li>Familiarity with hand and measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)</li><li>Mechanical and electrical assembly skills</li></ul><h2>Shift Schedules</h2><ul><li>1st Shift:<ul></ul></li><li class="ql-indent-1">6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (may start as early as 5:00 AM or end as late as 3:30 PM)</li><li>2nd Shift:<ul></ul></li><li class="ql-indent-1">3:30 PM or 3:45 PM start time</li><li>Saturday availability required for both shifts</li></ul><h2>Work Environment</h2><ul><li>100% cleanroom environment</li><li>Close‑station, team‑based work</li><li>Hands‑on mechanical and electrical assembly tasks</li></ul><h2>Why Work Here</h2><ul><li>Impactful work — devices help remove blood clots and save lives</li><li>Supportive culture and strong team environment</li><li>Catered lunch once a week</li><li>Excellent perks upon permanent conversion</li></ul>Job Type &amp; LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
