Your role will involve supporting process risk management activities and ensuring the quality and completeness of validation packages and change orders.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide quality engineering support throughout the product life cycle.</li><li>Support engineering and manufacturing functions for validation planning and transfer activities.</li><li>Assist teams in determining validation needs and requirements.</li><li>Ensure adequacy of non-conformances and QI/CAPA records, investigations, and corrective actions.</li><li>Support process risk management activities and ensure the quality and completeness of validation packages and change orders.</li><li>Become familiar with applicable technology to facilitate participation in technical discussions and risk-based decision-making.</li><li>Review verification and validation reports and identify gaps for GMP compliance.</li><li>Develop and execute strategies to close gaps in an efficient, technical, and compliant manner.</li><li>Coordinate issue resolution using a risk-based approach.</li><li>Ensure manufacturing processes and validation programs meet FDA and ISO requirements.</li><li>Trend, analyze, and report on quality data to improve product and process; develop recommendations based on data analysis.</li><li>Collaborate with counterparts and cross-functional teams at other sites.</li><li>Perform other activities as assigned.</li></ul>Essential Skills<ul><li>Compliance with ISO and FDA requirements.</li><li>Experience with Verification &amp; Validation (V&amp;V) review.</li><li>Ensuring validation package completeness.</li><li>Audit-ready documentation and Nonconformance Material Report (NCMR) management.</li><li>Familiarity with GMP and working in a regulated environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and oral.</li><li>Process risk/pFMEA knowledge.</li><li>Problem-solving and root cause analysis tools.</li></ul>Additional Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Familiarity with equipment lifecycle, including onboarding, validation, and maintenance.</li></ul>Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a professional office environment with standard office equipment such as computers and phones. The work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
