DescriptionThe Denials &amp; Follow‑Up Specialist is responsible for managing high‑volume insurance claim denials, completing timely follow‑up with commercial payers, and ensuring accurate resolution of outstanding balances. This role works heavily out of claim queues, investigates denial reasons, secures corrected claims or appeals, and communicates updates to internal teams.
