					Responsible for outbound calls - using call center software
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company
• Answer all calls and emails in a timely manner, in adherence to their goals

Job Title: Shipping and Receiving ManagerJob DescriptionThe Shipping &amp; Receiving Manager is responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound logistics activities in compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role ensures accurate material receipt, storage, handling, documentation, and shipment of aerospace components and assemblies while maintaining strict adherence to AS9100, FAA, ITAR/EAR, and customer-specific requirements.
