This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy of fuel purchases, inventory, and related financial transactions within a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong reconciliation experience, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally while supporting month‑end close and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Perform monthly reconciliation of fuel‑related balance sheet general ledger accounts, including inventory and supplier payments
Review, validate, and process high‑volume fuel invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Research and resolve discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and receiving data, with a focus on fuel volume and pricing variances
