Posted Date: Mar 20, 2026 Requisition Number: 128083 Job Location: Memphis, TN Summary: The Reliability Lead is responsible for the overall maintenance and asset reliability of a Business Unit, and will lead the maintenance strategies in support of the Hershey Lean program at the West Hershey Plant. This includes the management of the maintenance planning and scheduling processes for the BU, through work-order backlog (SAP) prioritization and development of the maintenance schedule for BU mechanic activities. Sheet Metal Fabricator - El Cajon - 1st &amp; 2nd Shift - $23/hr-$35/hrJob DescriptionAs a Sheet Metal Fabricator, you will operate rollers for sheet metal fabrication, ensuring tight tolerances.
