The role involves reading and following blueprints for part inspections, conducting quality control checks, and performing maintenance and upkeep on machinery. The work schedule is from Monday to Thursday, 6 am-4:30 pm, and Friday 6 am-2:30 pm, with some weekend work, typically amounting to 48-50 hour work weeks. Employees receive a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks at 9:30 am and 2:30 pm. The break room is equipped with fridges and vending machines.
