Job Title: Machine Operator Job DescriptionAs a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up the machine, rolling head, overwrapped unit, and shrink tunnel according to product specifications. You will mount rolls of material on machine supports and thread the material over the tension bar and through the rolling head unit. Tractor/Trailer Mechanic

The Plant Accountant is responsible for organizing and coordinating the general accounting activities for the plant. Ensure day-to-day maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger, prepare basic financial reports, and analyze and report any variances. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES: <ul> <li> Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including the preparation of estimates and accruals. </li> <li> Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities. </li> <li> Comply with financial policies and procedures including compliance with PCA's SOX 404 Key Controls. </li> <li> Engage in general accounting activities including the accurate and complete preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of general ledger accounts and financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit-loss statements, and capital expenditure reports. </li> <li> Develop, maintain, and analyze forecasts, then prepare periodic reports that compare forecasts to actual costs. </li> <li> Follow up on customer accounts including customer credit issuances and collection activity. </li> <li> Ensure the accurate processing of the hourly payroll and related payroll/employee functions. Plant Accountant

LOCATION: 5800 Cane Run Road, Louisville, KY 40 258 RESPONSIBILITIES: Works as part of the production crew with a main focus on preparing the machine for the production run, according to the customer order. Prepares the stencil that stamps the product with identification. Cleans and oils the machine daily. Orders pallets from the Forklift Driver, according to the need expressed on the schedule. Responsible for having pallets at the machine for the finished products. Assists with running orders when the machine is ready by watching the run continue smoothly and without problem. If a problem arises, such as machine failure, product quality is not to standard, or a shortage of paper, this individual notifies the operator of the problem. May need to work with management, maintenance, and other company employees to fix the problem. Palletizes the product according to the shop card and/or in a manner suitable for shipping. May be required to feed the machine on occasion. Responsible for adhering to the ISO procedures and taking direction from the operator. Works with various production machines and basic tools such as hammer and knife. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High School Graduate or GED. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, such as schedules and orders. Must be willing to work overtime on short notice, including weekends Ability to work in manufacturing environment, with varying temperatures based on season, around machinery, and heavy Forklift traffic. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1 + year of experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.

CORRUGATOR STACKER OPERATOR-2ND & 3RD SHIFT

The Human Resources Representative is responsible for providing administrative and human resource generalist support to the manufacturing facility ensuring effective application of all human resource activities with an emphasis on recruiting, onboarding, and LOA. The Human Resources Representative will provide full employment life cycle support to 2-4 manufacturing plants in North Carolina. The facilities employee headcount approximately 300 people in total. The Human Resources Representative is responsible for the recruiting/hiring process, new hire orientation of hourly and salaried employees, and the day-to-day administration for both hourly and salaried employees and ensuring adherence to Company policies and government requirements with regard to the employment process. This is a hybrid role (2 days remote), with travel required to the all locations as business needs dictate.
