General Production Operator

Description
					Our customer is looking to add to their help desk team. They used to have two shifts that were 12 hours each. In order to service their customers more effectively, they are going to be switching to 3, 8 hour shifts. These individuals will need to be self motivated and have an engineering mindset. Right now they are looking to fill the mid-day shift which is M-F 2 pm - 11 pm and the night shift which is Sunday-Thursday 10 pm - 7 am.

You will work closely with the Director of Campus Facilities to perform general maintenance, repairs, and support both daily operations and long-term facility care.Responsibilities<ul><li>Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including filter changes, belt replacements, and temperature adjustments using the building automation system.</li><li>Perform plumbing repairs such as faucet replacements, toilet repairs, drain snaking, and valve replacements.</li><li>Conduct electrical maintenance including changing lightbulbs, repairing fixtures, resetting breakers, and replacing switches.</li><li>Complete light carpentry tasks such as woodwork, trim repair, painting, and staining.</li><li>Monitor, read, and document boiler and chiller system performance.</li><li>Assist with outdoor maintenance including snow removal, salting, and operating small engine equipment like leaf blowers and snow blowers.</li><li>Conduct pool chemical testing and monitoring during summer months.</li><li>Open and close exterior buildings for seasonal transitions, including winterizing procedures.</li><li>Perform general repairs and maintenance across all facilities, both interior and exterior.</li></ul>Essential Skills<ul><li>Experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, HVAC, and general maintenance.</li></ul>Additional Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in building maintenance, apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance.</li><li>Possession of a boilers license and CPO certification.</li><li>Skills in painting and plumbing.</li></ul>Why Work Here?Enjoy a generous benefits package that includes 2 weeks of PTO, health insurance with a Health Savings Account and employer match, dental and vision insurance, company-sponsored long-term disability and life insurance. Building Maintenance Technician

Job Title: MIG Welder - Structural Steel2nd shift: 3pm - 12am/1am (Overtime available on front end of shift and Saturdays. Overtime is currently optional)Pay Range: $25-30/hr plus $2/hr shift differential Job DescriptionJoin our team as a MIG Welder where your primary responsibility will be to perform duties related to all elements of steel fabrication welding.
