• Assist scheduling customers with appointments for Airbag recalls and provide dealership information.
• Handle 30-40 Inbound calls per shift and support with questions on recalls, warranties, troubleshooting malfunctioning radio codes

Job Title: Warehouse WorkerJob DescriptionThis warehouse role requires candidates to be on their feet for the entire duration of 8+ hour shifts. Day-to-day responsibilities remain fairly consistent, involving the use of handheld devices such as RF Scan Guns to enter and code information required for work order part numbers.
