					Who You Are: (Required) You have 1-3 years of relevant experience with instrumentation, preferably in molecular diagnostics Trade School/Associate degree in a related field is preferred Ability to perform intermediate troubleshooting with minimal engineering support using standard electronic equipment, detailed diagrams, sketches, specifications, and manuals. Strong problem-solving abilities; capable of identifying and resolving issues efficiently while suggesting process improvements. Proficient in written and verbal communication, including technical documentation, data summaries, and reports.
