· Travels to customer site for calibration, repair, and technical support when necessary.
· Reads quality control manual and testing specifications to obtain data to test or calibrate specific devices.
· Selects and installs accessories, such as adapters, indicating gauges, or holding devices on test or calibration fixture, and connects the instrument or device to the fixture, according to specifications, using hand tools.
· Sets controls to regulate factors, such as current flow, timing cycle, pressure, temperature, or vacuum, according to specifications, and activates test or calibration equipment.
· Observes readings on meters and gauges, and other displays and performance of device or instrument to identify functional defects and determine calibration requirements.
· Adjusts calibration mechanisms to obtain specified operational performance of device or instrument, using hand tools and precision measuring and calibrating instruments and equipment.
· Applies sealing compound on calibration mechanism to prevent readjustment of settings and loss of calibration.
· Rejects malfunctioning devices and routes devices to specified departments for rework or salvaging of parts.
· Prepares calibration certificates and data reports.
· Processes required service report paperwork.
· Interacts with other departments and personnel to resolve any related issues.
· Assists in creation of calibration procedures as necessary.
· Evaluates calibration/repair jobs.
· Assists in developing new product capabilities and standards.
· Performs necessary database maintenance.
· May disassemble the instrument or device to determine the cause of defective operation and notify supervisory personnel of findings.

					SUMMARY: The Servicing Support Specialist is responsible for overseeing various workstreams within the servicing department, including following-up on insurance claims, managing critical workflows such as bankruptcy cases, SCRA requests, and other special circumstances. This position will work collaboratively with Customer Service, Collections and Servicing Operations Supervisors to ensure all critical operational tasks are completed as expected per service-level agreements. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•	Review and assess all insurance claims for accuracy and workflow adherence.
•	Follow-up with insurance companies to timely updates relative to claim coverage. 
•	Collaborate with insurance adjusters to ensure complex claims do not become stale. 
•	Review claim settlements for accuracy and vehicle description to ensure actual-cash value return. 
•	Review invoices and completed repair work and approve repair shop payout. 
•	Prepare and file legal documents related to specific bankruptcy cases.
•	Handle bankruptcy and court-related correspondence.
•	Leverage PACER to communicate with trustees, attorneys, and courts. 
•	Investigate and respond to direct (mailed in) customer disputes according to department procedures and by department deadlines.

•	Assist with basic payment processing tasks such as due date changes, extensions, or non-monetary requests. 
•	Assist with various title clerk activities if needed.

No What We Do/Project We are seeking a hands on temporary professional to help build the structure and foundation that enables effective visualization and reporting for our International Local Production (LOP) slate. This role is focused on organizing data, creating repeatable reporting frameworks, and producing executive ready dashboards and presentation materials to support monthly leadership reporting. Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role &bull; Build and organize data structures that support consistent visualization and reporting across the International LOP slate &bull; Create and maintain Excel based dashboards, trackers, and reporting views used for monthly leadership updates &bull; Develop clear, well structured PowerPoint materials that present financial and operational information in a concise, visual format &bull; Help stand up reporting templates, formats, and frameworks that enable scalable and repeatable reporting &bull; Support financial planning views (investment, cash, P&L) through structured and presentation ready materials &bull; Coordinate with cross functional partners to gather inputs and ensure reporting materials are accurate and aligned Must Have Skills / Requirements 1) Experience in Financial Modeling a. 5+ years of experience 2) Deck creation and presentation experience a. 5+ years of experience 3) Analytical Thinking with Emphasis on Attention to Detail a. 5+ years of experience Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements 1) Power BI experience is a plus, but not required 2) Experience leveraging AI within similar Finance roles.
