Data Center Technician

Agents will support high inbound calls; previous inbound experience is required with familiarity with medical terminology a plus. Agents will be handling 60-100 inbound calls per day. High volume call experience is required. Average handle time per call is 6 minutes. Outpatient Registered Nurse - RN

PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The registered professional nurse (CAP RN 1) position is an entry level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program for Registered Nurses.
