Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for each shift who will be responsible for effectively troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all machinery and facility equipment throughout the plant.Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain machinery throughout the plant, including powder coating lines, conveyor lines, hoists, blast booths, ovens, saws, welders, and plasma cutters.</li><li>Troubleshoot electrical systems regularly up to 3-phase 480v, change out electrical motors, and follow schematics when available.</li><li>Install new machinery using material handling equipment, lifts, and/or pour concrete.</li><li>Complete detailed preventative maintenance schedules.</li><li>Troubleshoot PLC systems by following ladder logic, if necessary.</li><li>Perform facilities maintenance, including lighting, plumbing, carpentry, and overhead doors.</li><li>Conduct welding and fabrication tasks.</li><li>Regularly use multi-meters for maintenance tasks.</li></ul>Essential Skills<ul><li>3+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience.</li><li>Mechanical maintenance experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyors.</li><li>Electrical troubleshooting experience, including reading schematics, using multimeters, and troubleshooting up to 480v 3-phase.</li><li>PLC troubleshooting skills, including reading ladder logic and troubleshooting relays/switches/sensors.</li><li>Facility maintenance experience, including lighting, plumbing, carpentry, and overhead doors.</li></ul>Additional Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>PLC programming experience is beneficial.</li><li>Certifications, degrees, or completed courses involving a skilled trade are advantageous.</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.</li></ul>Why Work Here?We offer a standard medical, dental, and vision benefits package effective from the first of the month following 60 days of employment. General Production Worker

<h3>Position Summary</h3>We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and facility systems. This role ensures minimal downtime and supports production efficiency through hands-on technical expertise.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems and production machines</li><li>Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.</li><li>Assist in installation, alignment, and calibration of new machinery.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.</li><li>Operate tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.</li><li>Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage spare parts inventory.</li><li>Follow all OSHA and company safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>2–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting.</li><li>Welding and fabrication skills a plus; PLC familiarity is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type &amp; LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Rutherford, NJ.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
