Responsibilities: • Will be handling about 35-45 inbound calls per day, sometimes more and sometimes less, depending on how long each call lasts, average is about 11-14 minutes per call. • This person will be responsible for handling inbound calls pertaining to insurance servicing questions. • Will receive questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions. • The insurance questions will pertain to home owners insurance and will be from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions. • Majority of calls will be in regards to payment and/or coverage questions. • The CSR must be able to multi-task between various systems to research and document the phone calls. • The CSR has to respond quickly and accurately ensuring that both our internal and external standards are being met on a consistent basis. • Problem solving and problem resolutions skills are required as well as the ability to handle all calls in a professional manner. Responsibilities
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plans, coordinates, provides and manages nursing care services and health education to nursing home guests.
<ul>
<li>Supervise the care/services provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members who care for guests.</li>
<li>Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to guests.</li>
<li>Assess the health of guests and notify the physician of changes in status. Promptly implement new orders.</li>
<li>Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest’s condition and/or prevent complications.</li>
<li>Contribute to the guest’s assessment (MDS/CAA’s) and the development of a plan of care.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred, but not required. Will consider strong new Nursing graduates.</li>
<li>Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state</li>
<li>CPR certification</li>

Responsibilities:

<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Take and record vital signs.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Measure and record height and weight, intake, and output.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Care for the guests’ environment.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with eating and hydration.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Observe guests’ skin when administering care and report changes to a licensed nurse; provide skin care as needed.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Meet guests’ mental health and social service needs.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">High school graduate/GED.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Required CNA certification.</li>
