Summary:The CSC – Linear position at Warner Bros. Discovery is the entry level role that leads you towards the path to a successful career within multiplatform media sales. The CSC provides sales support to Account Executives, Sales Planners, clients and agencies regarding linear media on all US Networks at WBD.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Establish strong business relationships and act as a liaison with advertising agency counterparts and internal Discovery departments including Pricing, Planning &amp; Operations, Linear Commercial Operations, Marketing, Billing and Direct Response.</li><li>Execute all client orders across all linear platforms, ensuring that they are approved in weekly programming and compliant with all client requirements.</li><li>Responding to clients in a timely manner to ensure meeting the needs of the clients' requests</li><li>Handle program and commercial changes and issue change notices to clients.</li><li>Work with Account Executive, Sales Planners and the Marketing department on promotional assets, material deadlines, and approvals.</li><li>Work closely with Linear Commercial Operations to schedule promotional assets.</li><li>Reconcile billing discrepancies with agencies and billing departments.</li><li>Perform other responsibilities as directed by Client Solutions Management, Account Executives and/or Vice President(s) Ad Sales for your assigned networks and agencies.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional groups</li><li>High level of organizational skills and the ability to prioritize</li><li>Learns and applies new information, concepts, and techniques in area of practice</li><li>Great verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in a deadline driven environment</li><li>Strong problem solving skills and customer service skills</li><li>Detail oriented and team player</li><li>Must be able to work collaboratively with team members</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Must be able and willing to provide overtime work when necessary</li><li>Previous related experience is a plus</li><li>Must have the legal right to work in the United States</li></ul>

Client Solutions Coordinator - Linear

The WBD Client Success Team is part of the Revenue Operations organization. The team consists of Sr. Client Success Managers (CSMs), Client Success Managers (CSMs), Client Success Coordinators (CSCs), Managers, and Directors who oversee and optimize custom video &amp; social campaigns across WBD Entertainment and/or News brands, helping advertisers meet and exceed performance goals.&nbsp;The Client Success Coordinator will support the implementation, launch, and stewardship of digital campaigns. This will involve collaboration with various groups within the organization such as Sales, Yield, Ad Ops, and Billing as well as external creative agencies and 3rd party vendors. The Client Success Coordinator will perform detailed reconciliations for third-party billed ad campaigns, in conjunction with the Client Success Managers and Billing Analysts. This position provides opportunities to learn and grow in the dynamic industry of digital advertising.&nbsp;Job Responsibilities●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the Client Success Managers (CSM) in pre and post-sale activities for clients in a designated POD, or book of business, to assist in the end to end campaign strategy●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Partner with CSM counterparts to align on tasks and deadlines for assigned accounts●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate campaign setup and complete required forms and documentation to send to other internal entities, including: Activation, Legal, Corporate Credit, Ad Ops, and Research●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Act as Ad Ops liaison to coordinate asset delivery, testing, and tracking of missing creative●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Act as primary point of contact for Billing and Corporate Credit team for invoices, revisions and credit checks●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Track and manage the health of your clients’ campaigns, and work with your account teams to troubleshoot and improve campaign delivery when necessary●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Capture screenshots and/or produce mock-ups for client-facing decks●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Partner with the billing and collections teams to resolve billing related issues●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support Client Services teammates in day-to-day tasks and ad hoc projects&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Skills●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 0-2 years of experience working in a Sales Planning, Client Services, or Ad Operations role●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to prioritize across short-term and long-term goals●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong analytical skills &amp; entrepreneurial attitude●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work in a team and independently●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent written and oral communication skills●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Familiarity with digital tools and technology platforms including CRM and OMS is a plus●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; BA/BS from a 4-year university or equivalent experience●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must have the legal right to work in the United States.&nbsp;&nbsp;Closing StatementWarner Bros.
