JOB SUMMARY 
Manages activities of the Clinical Documentation Improvement department locally and/or across other Conifer’s CDI departments. Lead the monitoring of performance, collection, and analysis of data to report on the effectiveness of process improvement. Collects and analyzes data to provide reports for company and hospital wide use and to make recommendations as appropriate. Will participate in the planning, development and implementation, and ongoing success of the Clinical Documentation Management Program. Educates members of the patient care team regarding documentation guidelines, including attending physicians, nursing, and other interdisciplinary team members. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 <li>Communicates/Completes Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) activities and coding issues (lacking documentation, physician queries, etc.) for appropriate follow-up and resolution. </li>

Compensation

JOB SUMMARY 
Responsible for maximizing product performance and value to Tenet Patient Financial Services, its clients and the healthcare market through effective supervision, direction and operation of the government programs product and the coordination of its delivery through field operation offices.

EES Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY 
This position is responsible for providing HIM support in maintaining the Department’s paper and electronic health record system. The HIM Specialist Sr will have an understanding of privacy and security guidelines related to patient information and maintain HIPAA as well as keep all patient information confidential. Responsible for assigning diagnostic and procedural codes to inpatient charts using ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS or any other designated coding classification system in accordance with coding rules and regulations.  <li>Coding Quality: Demonstrates consistency in achieving or exceeding 95.5% coding accuracy in the selection of principal and secondary diagnoses ((including DRG, MCC & CC, SOI/ROM)) and procedures. Demonstrates accuracy and consistency in abstracting elements defined by per facility.</li>
 <li>Coder Productivity: Meets and/or exceeds Conifer’s inpatient coding productivity guidelines</li>
 <li>Physician Queries: Demonstrates strong skills in creating appropriate and compliant physician retrospective coding queries.</li>

JOB SUMMARY 
Responsible for leading all daily Patient Access operations.

Responsible for screening self-pay patients at hospital bedside for eligibility in various governmental and non-governmental programs. Responsible for identifying all sources of potential payors including auto insurance, Workers' Compensation, commercial insurance, private insurance, TPL, etc. to route account appropriately in the Patient Accounting environment. Also responsible for obtaining and completing the Confidential Financial Statement form and assisting patients in the process of applying for any benefits for which they may be eligible.
