Overview:<div>At Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Concord, our team members play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and memorable experience for every guest. The Dispatch Operator is a critical part of our safety and operations team, responsible for coordinating all dispatch functions and maintaining park‑wide communication. This position serves as a central point of contact for security, medical, and emergency responses, ensuring timely and effective communication across the park.</div>  Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for the execution of all Dispatch functions.</li><li>Facilitate park-wide communication via phone, radio, and email.</li><li>Receive incoming calls for service as per policy/procedure.</li><li>Dispatch and communicate all security related calls to proper personnel.</li><li>Dispatch and communicate all medical emergencies to proper personnel.</li><li>Log all calls for service in a Computer aided dispatch (CAD) system.</li><li>Assign incident reports to personnel to complete. </li><li>Distribute keys, locks, radio equipment, and other supplies to proper personnel and ensure all are accounted for at the end of the night.</li><li>Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports.</li><li>Responsible for communicating any radio repair issues with proper personnel.</li><li>Understand all procedures during power failure and/or emergency situations.</li><li>Dispatch and monitor all missing persons throughout the park.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Must be able to remain composed in highly stressful situations.</li><li>Must have an open availability.</li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, days, nights, varied shifts, and holidays.</li><li>Must have the ability to use Microsoft Office programs.</li><li>Must be detailed oriented and have exceptional organizational skills.</li><li>Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and make efficient decisions either independently or as part of a team.</li><li>Must be able to sit, stand, walk, or maintain continuous movement for an extended period of time.</li><li>Must be able to complete all necessary Six Flags Training courses and obtain necessary certifications.</li></ul>

Overview:undefined Responsibilities:<ul><li>Follow all policies and procedures of Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Concord and the Maintenance Department.</li><li>Adhere to all federal and state guidelines, regulations, and laws.</li><li>Perform regular mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs and preventative maintenance.</li><li>Ensures proper use of machines, tools and equipment, and ensures that the employees are properly instructed and trained on the safe use of tools and equipment used while performing work, and that personal protective equipment is used in accordance</li><li>Performs frequent daily site inspections of ongoing work and review of upcoming work.</li><li>Checks Park areas frequently for any needed repairs and maintenance.<ul><li>Conduct rounds of all filtration areas to inspect pumps</li><li>Basic water testing using correct lab practices and procedures.</li><li>Use computers for communication, chemical monitoring/operation, reference, and reports/logs.</li><li>Keep records and inventory.</li><li>Participate in the inter- and intra-departmental cross training program.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul></li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior experience as a Ride Mechanic, Water Quality Technician or the equivalent experience.</li><li>Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.</li><li>Must possess a valid driver's license.</li><li>Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills are critical for success.</li><li>A working knowledge of Federal, State and other regulatory agencies rules and regulations are vital to success</li><li>Proven ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and be capable of bending, squatting and kneeling.</li><li>A working knowledge of the operation of hand and power tools, heavy equipment, etc., with the proven ability to train others on the safe usage of equipment is critical to success</li><li>Proven ability work outdoors in all-weather condition and in muddy, dusty, wet and dirty conditions.</li><li>Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.</li><li>18+ minimum age</li></ul>
