Bartender 

Overview:We're seeking a professional, team-focused and dependable person to help resolve/investigate Team Member concerns, while assisting in onboarding and payroll tasks in our Human Resources Office. *Note: this is an entry level seasonal position. Pay: $14.00-$16.00/Hr Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensuring accurate clocking in and out procedures of all Seasonal Team Members</li><li>Daily and accurate operation of Human Resource databases; iCIMS, UKG, Dayforce & other applications </li><li>Professionally answer all incoming calls in a prompt and courteous manner </li><li>Inputs, tracks, counsels team member attendance and other policy violations </li><li>Adhere to and model Grooming, Guest First, and Safety Standards </li><li>Assist in other aspects of Human Resources, including Employment & Recruiting, Administration and Wardrobe </li><li>Electronically files employee files </li><li>Maintain daily housekeeping of the HR office </li><li>Enforcing all park policies and procedures while remaining fair and unbiased. </li><li>Monitoring minor labor laws for Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown to ensure policies and procedures are being observed in reference to hours worked. </li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>At least 18 years old</li><li>Basic computer literacy (e.g., manage files, use word processors or spreadsheets)</li><li>Able to work with minimal supervision, manage time/tasks effectively, maintain control over current cases/responsibilities and follows up on all relevant issues </li><li>Willing to quickly learn and conduct HR related software – Smartsheet's, UKG, iCIMS, Dayforce, ARS, etc.</li><li>Discrete approach to sensitive, confidential and complex employee files/relations</li><li>Friendly, outgoing personality, and the desire to interact with employees  </li><li>Demonstrate problem-solving skills </li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays </li><li>Excellent time management skills </li><li>Strong leadership skills with a sense of teamwork and positive attitude </li><li>Great written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Must be confident and able to coach and engage with employees of all ages </li></ul>Reports to: HR Sr. Supervisor  <span class="NormalTextRun SCXW238472426 BCX0" data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun" data-ccp-charstyle-defn="{" objectid":"ac0262f4-8a9e-5820-b908-2d943c5f7113|1","classid":1073872969,"properties":[201342446,"1",201342447,"5",201342448,"1",201342449,"1",469777841,"calibri",469777842,"",469777843,"calibri",469777844,"calibri",201341986,"1",469769226,"calibri",268442635,"22",469775450,"normaltextrun",201340122,"1",134233614,"true",469778129,"normaltextrun",335572020,"1",469778324,"default="" paragraph="" font"]}"="">While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the requirements of the job, management reserves the right to add or remove duties when circumstances (e.g., emergencies, changes in workload, rush jobs, or technological developments) dictate.
