The Admissions Director manages the facility’s census by developing and maintaining positive relationships with hospitals, physician groups, community organizations and insurers.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Act as a liaison between the facility and the outside community.</li>
<li>Connect daily with potential referral sources including hospitals, physicians, insurers, case management companies and health care agencies.</li>
<li>Create and execute facility sales and marketing plans and strategies.</li>
<li>Conduct facility tours for potential guests and families.</li>
<li>Conduct admission screenings of potential guests; determine level of care, services required, equipment needs and insurance coverage as needed.</li>
<li>Welcome guests and family upon admission.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree</li>
<li>Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, insurance or commensurate education preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in managed care or insurance preferred.</li>
</ul>

 <li dir="ltr">Oversees the purchase of food and supplies within budget and maintains a supply to adequately cover each meal.</li>
 <li dir="ltr">Provides technical guidance and administrative direction over diet planning, menu formulation, preparation and service of regular and therapeutic diets.</li>
 <li dir="ltr">Assures meals are nutritious, palatable, and crafted in a timely and consistent manner while adhering to menus and diet orders.</li>
 <li dir="ltr">Interviews guests and family members, as necessary, to obtain diet history.</li>
 <li dir="ltr">Provides timely and accurate completion of dietary portion of the clinical record.</li>
 <li dir="ltr">Participates in regularly scheduled conferences, including department head meetings and interdisciplinary care plan meetings.</li>
 </ul>
 Qualifications
 <ul>
 <li dir="ltr">Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration</li>
 <li dir="ltr">Serve Safe certification</li>
 <li dir="ltr">One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience preferred</li><li dir="">Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics</li>
